Lviv developers are not in a hurry to buy land on the contests


Some builders buy in Lviv areas for the realization of their personal projects for competitions that holds the city Council. This real estate Agency said Alex, Poburko as the Deputy Director of firm-the Builder "Intergal-Bud".
"Today, the price per square meter for the land in Lviv is approximately $ 100. And to buy a plot with an area of 40 acres to build a house, you need to put up about 400 compared to $ 3 million worth of real estate. "And therefore developers are trying to get some real estate and take more land for maintenance, and then on this site already to build a house, getting good advice on construction. So, firstly, cheaper and secondly, this scheme is all used. Moreover, it does not need to invest significant sums of money as the acquisition of land at auction", – Paderno, Poburko.
The third method of obtaining land under construction, according to experts, is buying some of the bankrupt plant in the secondary market, as well as the redevelopment of the land on which it is located.
