A new residential quarter will be built in Lviv

The territory of the Lviv Experimental Mechanical Plant can be turned into a new residential quarter (new buildings). It is also planned to build an apartment hotel, public spaces and underground parking. The plan includes the reconstruction of Jasminova Street and the construction of a new part of Pivkolo Street with the creation of a bicycle path. Changes in the detailed plan of the territory have already been published on the website of the Lviv City Council. In addition, it is proposed to reconstruct the existing administrative buildings for an apartment hotel, a kindergarten and a shopping center. To implement the project, a detailed plan must be approved by the session of the Lviv City Council.

Lviv Experimental Mechanical Plant was founded in 1944 and in recent years has ceased its activities.
