Change in the cost of one-room apartments  by regions of Ukraine for the year


The Ukrainian secondary market has seen an increase in the price of one-room flats, especially in Zacarpathia and Lviv Region. Prices also increased in Chernivtsi, Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The smallest price increases were recorded in Poltava and Ternopil regions, as well as in Kyiv. The most expensive flats are in Kyiv, while the lowest prices can be found in Kherson region.
