The interest rate is more than 30%, it is necessary to make an advance, that is a big part of the cost of housing, as well may require collateral. It's very difficult, because these ten years have to pay so much money, that do not have enough for an apartment. So is it worth to take this step? Such a move is reckless and is not profitable, it will cost you dearly. And given the fact that banks too hard to make loans in dollars, the conclusion is that in the near future possible problems with the exchange rate of this currency in our country.
Buying a home loan is a very dangerous idea. Because of these considerations, it is necessary, before you take out a loan, taking time to reflect, to make an informed decision that you won't be sorry in the future. After all, a roof over your head is very good, but you can't make fatal mistakes.
